We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All tags must be attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In case of damaged or incorrect item received, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or design is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
